  一把盐理论就是如何集中资源做市场.一把盐比作可用的营销资源,把一锅汤比作市场;假如我有一大锅汤,但只有一点盐,如何让汤有味道?如果把盐全部放进锅里,那么一锅汤都没有味道;如果一碗一碗舀出来放盐,每一碗都够味道,剩下的等到有盐的时候再喝。这告诉我们如何集中资源做好市场。
